At StateLineTack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
